Ironfest Fusion 2008

Ironfest presents some of Australia’s best up-and-coming artist designer makers from all over Australia.
From artist blacksmiths, to jewellers, furniture makers, painters, sculptors, assemblers, mask makers, model makers, digital artists, photographers, even clothes designer makers.
Ironfest specializes in the unique and the unusual.
Ironfest is a great opportunity to speak directly to over 70 artists in a fun filled and relaxed atmosphere.
You can discuss their work and any commission you might be planning.
The following is a list of artists, who have exhibited, or will exhibit, at Ironfest Keep checking this page for new artists.

Nik Wishart and Miles van Dorssen's sound installation CeLL represents the evolution of mechanical music - a modern industrial strength version of the old time street organ. CeLL is a MIDI controlled pneumatic orchestra - a self playing installation mounted in a 6m shipping container.

Zhagareet
Zhagareet are a group of women from the Blue Mountains
who are passionate about Middle Eastern Dance.
The movements of belly dance range from slow and snakelike to fast shimmies.
Each dance has a story to tell, and Zhagareet will present a wide variety of props
and styles in their show, including veils, sticks and finger cymbals.
Their techniques and movements are traditional,
celebrating the diversity and vibrancy of Middle Eastern dance and culture.
Zhagareet perform at numerous festivals, private celebrations, charity functions and
corporate events throughout NSW. Zhagareet are proud to provide entertainment at Ironfest.
